These guys are amazing! Alan and his crew did a fantastic
job! They showed up on time, gave a free estimate ($1000-1300
cheaper than 3 other top rated plumbers on kudzu), were
down to earth and very genuine. They worked until 2am
in order to get my water and sewer working again asap.
That's dedication to customer service! This was a big
job requiring digging 12-15' below grade and these guys
handled it beautifully. I will always use Ridgeway in

Efficient & Knowledgeable.
We had a problem with our hot water line in the master
tub/shower. They came next day, took a little over 1/2
an hour to complete (and that's including a trip to Home
Depot). Brent was polite, quickly got to the root of the
problem, solved it & was on his way. I like how he
got the job done without a lot of hassle or chit-chat.
Would use them again hands down.
Dependable/Professional.
Charles replaced our water heater in the amount of time
he said it would take. He was there on time (unheard of
nowadays). When I went downstairs to check out the installation,
I noticed a few marks on our carpets. He told me he would
clean up after himself (which he did). However, later
that afternoon when I checked the carpet to see if the
area that Charles cleaned was dry, I saw that the marks
were still there. I contacted the company to voice my
complaint. Charles returned my call within a few minutes,
apologized for the mess and assured me that he would be
back on Monday to clean. He called, as promised, on Monday
morning. He had to go by Home Depot to buy a cleaner (I
suggested a cleaner which he bought), but told me he would
be there to clean up the mess that afternoon. Once he
cleaned it, I could not tell where the marks had been.
He was very professional and prompt. Most importantly,
Charles kept his word. I am so pleased to see that there
is still a business who understands work ethic, integrity
and reliability. We will not hesitate to use this company
again in the future. Thank you Charles.
These guys are GREAT!
When your water heater starts spewing water all over the
basement floor, it is generally time to call a plumber.
I was aware of Kudzu so I decided to have a look. Ridgeway
stood out because of the number of good reviews and, after
I read quite a few, realized that they probably weren't
bogus after all. So I gave them a call. They gave me a
fair price and told me they could install it the same
day. They sell the Rheem brand which I had learned was
one of the best brands. I am very aware of product and
labor warranties. One company I called offered no labor
warranty at all - be sure you ask this question. Ridgeway
gave me a 1 year labor warranty and Rheem's 6?? yr on
parts. The plumber came over (Charles) and he was a friendly
and efficient worker who actually seemed to actually seemed
to enjoy his work. He didn't even get mad when I stood
around and watched him wrestle with the 200 lb 50 gallon
heater. After an hour or so the install came off without
a hitch and I had hot water again. I'll never call a different
plumber again. The guys are rated number 1.
Great Service!
We returned from a trip to find water in our basement.
The first "plumber" said the basement was leaking
from the recent heavy rain...right. I called Ridgeway
and they were over in less than 30 minutes. They put a
camera through the pipe and found the problem. The next
day they worked late replacing the faulty pipe. Our experience
with Ridgeway Mechanical was very good. They were professional
and polite. I felt the price they charged to fix the problem
was very reasonable. Will will use their services again. |
